Privacy Policy
DealForge Exchange is operated by Arnett Landholding LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you submit a buy box or contact us, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to get it removed. We wrote it in plain English on purpose.
The short version: we collect the contact details and buying criteria you type into our form. We use them to match you with property opportunities and to email you about the network. We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will.
Information we collect
- What you give us: name, company, email address, phone number, and the buying criteria you enter - markets, property types, condition tolerance, price range, return thresholds, funding sources, acceptable deal structures, closing timeline, transaction volume, and any notes you add.
- Automatically: the date and time of your submission, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used solely to block spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address.
- We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics pixels, or cross-site behavioral profiling on this site.
How we use it
- To evaluate whether you fit the network and to match you with properties inside your stated criteria.
- To contact you about a specific deal, verify details, or request proof of funds.
- To send network updates, new inventory, and event invitations - only if you checked the email consent box.
- To keep records required for our business operations and to prevent fraudulent or abusive submissions.
We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.
Who sees it
Submissions are visible only to authorized DealForge Exchange team members, who access them through a password-protected internal dashboard. Access is logged. We also rely on service providers who process data strictly on our behalf and under contract:
- Vercel - website hosting and request handling.
- Supabase - encrypted database storage.
- Our email service provider, for messages you consented to receive.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a specific deal requires us to introduce you to a seller, agent, title company, or joint-venture partner, we ask you first.
Your choices
- Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to any message. We honor opt-outs promptly and will not sell or transfer your address to another sender. We may still send you transactional messages about a deal already in progress.
- Text messages: we only text you if you provided a mobile number and asked us to. Reply STOP to end texts, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
- Access, correction, deletion: email us and we will send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We do not charge for this and we will not retaliate by removing you from opportunities you otherwise qualify for.
- Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with privacy statutes have specific rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We extend the same rights to everyone regardless of where you live.
How long we keep it
We keep buy box submissions while you are an active participant in the network and for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, then delete or anonymize them - unless a longer period is required for a transaction record or by law. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in an access-restricted database. The internal dashboard requires a credential and issues short-lived sessions. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; we do not ask you to submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or financial statements through this form, and you should not enter them here.
Children
This site is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Not advice, not a brokerage
Arnett Landholding LLC is a real estate investment company. We are not your broker, agent, attorney, accountant, or financial adviser, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice. Any property information we send you should be independently verified before you act on it.
Changes
If we make a material change to how we use your information, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date and, where the change is significant, email participants who consented to hear from us.
